We are developing cooperation with the best universities in Germany: Philipps-Universität Marburg17 July 2023р.Dear colleagues! Some time has passed and now I want to share my first experience of Philipps-Universität Marburg visiting. Thanks to our colleague and friend of our faculty – the head of the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling of KNEU Oleg Tereshchenko – our Department was able to participate in the implementation of the second stage of the “Ukraine Digital” project (KNEU MO:VE 2 Success). It is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) through the program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and is granted by the University of Marburg. This is an extremely useful project, the essence of which is to provide our students with the opportunity to study during the semester on a scholarship program at one of the oldest universities not only in Germany, but also in Europe! Access to a huge and state-of-the-art University library, classes and consultations with leading University lecturers and professors, possibility of inclusive education at KNEU and cross-cultural management in the medieval university city in which the Brothers Grimm loved to write their fairy tales – this is all about this project. By the way, they also studied philosophy and law at this famous University. I would like to add that a number of KNEU distance learning courses were additionally placed on the educational platform of the University of Marburg and separately duplicated in English. This was especially important during the lockdown in Ukraine last winter. Great gratitude for this project to its ideological inspirer – Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Schulte, who researches the problems of Institutional Economics at the School of Business and Economics of the University of Marburg, as well as to our colleague, associate professor of the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling of KNEU, Iryna Ivanets, who put a lot of efforts into its practical implementation! If we talk about the achieved results, during our short stay in Marburg we managed to:
I am sincerely grateful to all other German colleagues for the opportunity to attend their open lectures, exchange experience and more clearly define the prospects for our further mutually beneficial cooperation! Thanks to the University of Marburg for extremely positive emotions, warm memories and for new perspectives for our educational programs of future marketers training at KNEU strengthening!
