PYLYPIV Vitalii VolodymyrovychAcademic Degree, Academic Title: Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Education: In 2004, he completed postgraduate studies at the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, specializing in "Location of Productive Forces and Regional Economy," and defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Regional Features of the Formation and Development of Interbudgetary Relations in Ukraine." In 2011, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Reproduction of Territorial Economic Systems in the Financial Space of the State" in the specialty 08.00.03 – Economics and National Economy Management. Awards: Acknowledgment from the Kyiv City Mayor, Certificate of Honor from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, certificates of honor from the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of Ukraine, and the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Professional Activity: From 2004 to 2016, V. V. Pylypiv worked in research positions at the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the State Institution "Institute of Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine," and the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
